Mage I would pump int untill I could hold a twinkle staff. Then add to strenght untill you hit the 2:1 str:int ratio.

After that it is a matter of taste more str gives more hp and def but less ap.
More int will give more ap. But keep in mind that 1 point int will cost more than 1 point of str.
